Mersomo Refund Policy

We commit to delivering our services that meet the specified deadline, quality, and specifications. If we are unable to do so, You may be entitled to a partial or full refund in accordance with the terms of this Refund Policy.

Our team reviews each refund request individually. We reserve the right to depart from the Refund Policy in the event that such deviation benefits You since we recognize that your circumstances may be unique and not covered entirely by this Policy.

At Mersomo, we offer refunds within 30 days of the ordering date, provided that you can show proof of grades scored on assignments or classes that we handled. If you are not satisfied with your grades or the professor's feedback, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund request. Keep in mind that some refunds can only be issued through PayPal, and we do not offer cash refunds. There are some exceptions to this policy, such as if you had started to take your online class before handing it to us or if you decide to complete some assignments or the entire class without notifying us. These services cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if you do not receive an A or B through our services, we will give you a full refund or retake the class for free.
